Startup Beyond Water which manufactures water enhancers, has raised INR 75 lakhs for the equity of 10% from Shark tank India. Sharks Namita Thapar and Aman Gupta Invested in this startup.

The original ask by the pitchers was INR 75 lakhs for the equity of 4%. Namita and Aman have come up with a counteroffer of 50 lakhs and 25 lakhs in debt at 12% interest in exchange for 20% stock in the company. Namita and Aman revised the offer to 75 lakh rupees. There is no debt. Pitchers have countered a 75 lakh rupee offer for a 10% stake in the company. Finally, the deal closed at INR 75 lakhs for the equity of 105 by Namita and Aman.

About Beyond Water

According to the WHO, one should drink 3-4 litres of water each day, but most people drink soft beverages, soda water, which includes 7-8 spoons of sugar and dangerous chemicals and colours instead. As a result, Beyond Water was created, the first water enhancer that improved the nutritional content and flavour of the water. The small squeezer bottle has 24 servings and does not require stirring; squeeze one drop into a glass of water and drink. The company is worth Rs. 18.75 crores. The product’s MRP is Rs.300, and each serving costs about Rs.13. They made roughly 10-12 lakh sales in the previous fiscal year.
